TopCut HK is a service platform for Hong Kong TCG players and Business-Registration-verified card shops. We provide tournament registration, second-hand physical card-trade matchmaking between verified shops and players, and market data display. We are not a card retailer and not an official distributor.
2. Pokémon Trademark Notice
Pokémon, related characters, Pokémon TCG, set names, and card artwork are trademarks/copyrights of:

TopCut HK is not licensed, affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by any of the above. All trademarks are used solely under the principle of nominative fair use to identify the physical card products being bought and sold.
3. Legality of Second-hand Card Sales
Under the internationally-recognised first-sale doctrine, lawful owners of genuine physical cards have the right to resell. This platform only facilitates trades between BR-verified shops and buyers of genuine, used physical cards. Counterfeit, reproduction, or unauthorised goods are strictly prohibited.
4. Card Data Source
Card identification metadata (name, number, rarity, set, preview image) comes from the open community database pokemontcg.io. Data is provided as-is without accuracy warranty. Report errors via the contact below.
5. User Responsibilities
- Shops must upload authentic Business Registration; all listed items must be genuine physical cards.
- Shops must clearly state payment methods, pickup deadline, and expiry policy.
- Buyers must safeguard their reservation link and not forward it.
- Payment / collection disputes are between buyer and shop; the platform is a matchmaker only and does not guarantee transactions.
- Use of platform channels for any illegal activity (fraud, money laundering, counterfeit sales) is strictly prohibited.
